One card, one approach

In order to accompany the proposed dishes, Le Boudoir’s wines card couldn’t be summerized to a standard or a restricted list.

We entrusted the challenge to break through the habits to Benoît Bouquin, a wine lover who had been a cellar man during many years before having wine steward positions near to famous chefs from prestigious luxury hotels (Cliveden House, Hôtel de Paris…).


"Going to the noble products discovery, elaborated by peasant craftsmen"

Benoît likes to say that his pleasure is to accompany the discovery of noble products elaborated by peasant and craftsmen. Thus, our card puts in honor some wine growers, proud to promote their soil, rigorous in their job approach and very concerned about their conservation of their environment with a biodynamic wine growing.
Some productions, very atypical, deserve to be presented with all their specificities.
All the selected wine will be able to satisfy the amateurs, wether they are collectionners, beginners or just epicureans.





First of all, Benoît’s role will be to share with his hosts in order to perceive their sensibility, and find the delicate alchemy between wines and the chosen dishes. This initiative of advice is very important for us, as we see the meal as a pleasure moment, a special occasion, a memory shared very often with friends and families.
